The remanufacturing of printer cartridges has always been critical given the huge numbers of cartridges consumed and thrown away every second somewhere in the world. Barkha Mittal said, as consumption increases, the requirement for new cores increases and so will be the challenge to dispose of end-of-life (EOL) cartridges. Though the cartridges have been classified as the hazardous category, most of the waste cartridges are still been tossed into a bin.
It has caused a lot of environmental problems while the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and heavy metals in ink can lead to soil and even water pollution when left in a landfill, while plastic can take thousands of years to degrade and even then, they will continue to pollute the soil (Capital Business Systems, Inc.).

It is time to think about the Circular Economy! The Circular Economy is defined as an economy “where the value of products, materials and resources is maintained in the economy for as long as possible, and the generation of waste minimized.” And that is what exactly we are focusing on.
@Sean Flannigan
Remanufacturing is the key method to prevent waste cartridges from reaching landfills while it promotes clean and green development. Remanufactured ink cartridges are also more efficient, more economical and more eco-friendly.
Stop using printers or cartridges is not the best choice.
Time to think about better ways to protect our environment!
- Recycle your printed materials when you need to throw them.
- Recycle your ink or toner cartridges when it is possible.
- Start using remanufactured cartridges from today!
