2. Open the cover and check where the paper has jammed.

3. WAIT till the rollers cool down! Again, you would not want to burn your hands.

4. If you cannot find where the paper is stuck, remove the printhead and carefully pull the paper out.

5.  The paper may get jammed near the input tray or output tray. You need to check both parts and remove the paper slowly in order to avoid tearing it.
